Students must participate in a team size of two. Both members must be from the same campus.

Individual participation is not allowed, you must participate in a team size of two.

This problem can’t be solved on excel. Problem statement will test teams on their understanding of machine learning (Natural Language Processing in particular), programming and analytical thinking.

No, we request teams to come up with only one best solution for the case study.

Submission for first round would include – Model codes, documentation outlining approach and model design; model output on test cases

What we are giving is problem statement test cases for round 1 evaluation. Teams will have to collect model training dataset from open internet (Exl will provide few indicative sources)

Test cases will on .txt/.doc packed into a .zip file.

Round 1 – approach to problem statement (to be explained in documentation), code quality and model accuracy

Teams are requested to submit their solutions on the website itself, after logging in by using their credentials. If they are facing any issues while uploading it on the website, they are requested to write to us at exl_acumen@exlservice.com.

Excel shouldn’t be allowed. Python and other programing languages can be used.

The final shortlisted teams will be invited to present their solutions to the panel of judges through an online medium. Relevant details will be shared.
